The food was a highlight of our ten-night stay. We were half board and always found something we liked from the menu, with a huge choice of dishes. A few times we swapped dinner for lunch and were just as happy with the selection. The rooms and public areas were spotless, and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. The hotel is well placed, close enough to the beach but away from the busy nightlife, with facilities and nice bars nearby. We only just got back and are already thinking about when to come again. I'd highly recommend it, easily one of the best places I've stayed. Thanks to all the lovely staff.

We loved how quiet this adult-only hotel was compared with the others, and there's plenty around it. It's about 20 minutes from Levante beach. The staff were welcoming and accommodating, and the rooms were spacious and very clean. The food was 10/10 for me, I didn't have a meal I disliked, and the drinks package was great. Bar staff were really friendly. There was no fighting for sun loungers, and the pool music was relaxed. Entertainment was mediocre, though the older guests seemed to love it. Karaoke and bingo were fun. I'd recommend the place and will be back.

The best part was the rooftop cocktail bar on the 22nd floor, with a lovely view over Benidorm. On a hot sunny day it was fantastic, but it only opened from 4 to 6 and the cocktail selection was limited. It felt underused, with only about six couples there when I visited, and the hotel could make much more of it. My wife and I spent 10 nights on half board in room 206 on the second floor. It was large, with a balcony overlooking the pool, and had a kitchen with a fridge, cooker and plenty of cupboards. But there were no plates, cutlery or pans, so all that storage was pointless. The bathroom felt too small for the room, and water ran down the wall whenever someone upstairs showered. The hotel is a bit out of the way, about a 10-minute walk from the Benidorm strip. The food was fine, home-style rather than fancy. Staff were friendly enough and worked hard to help, though there wasn’t much in the way of conversation. The entertainment was just okay most nights, and if you stay a second week you’ll probably see the same singer twice. Around the pool, people put towels on sunbeds and went off to breakfast, which was annoying. Someone should clear the towels away, but every hotel seems to let this happen. The Titanic bar is just down the road, about a three-minute walk. The staff there are very friendly, there’s a pool table and most football matches are on, plus food and a nice outdoor seating area. Sadly, I wouldn’t stay at the hotel again. The rooftop bar was the highlight, but management is letting it down and could do a lot more with it.

We arrived on Boxing Day for a two-week stay and will definitely come back. The staff were brilliant across the hotel, from reception, where they couldn’t do enough for us, to the restaurant team, especially Marilyn. The young Spanish woman at reception was really lovely too. We were in room 805. It was lovely, and the cleaners did a great job. The food was great as well, with something for everyone even though we were only on half board. Keep up the good work. 👍👍🇪🇸

The cold pools were the biggest downside. Over our 10 days I saw maybe five brave people try them, and they didn’t stay long. Entertainment was mixed too. The Saturday act really wasn’t very good, while Monday and Thursday evenings were excellent. We went to a few nearby bars on other nights for better shows. We stayed in an annex room, which was spacious and comfortable, cleaned regularly, with fresh towels. The reception and bar areas were large and clean, the food was very good, and there was a wider drinks selection than I’ve had before. Staff were generally friendly. Georgi and James at the bar, along with Angelica, Noemi and Marilyn, who seemed to pop up in different places throughout the day, deserve a special mention. The Sky Bar is a must, though it was disappointing that it wasn’t open every day or in the evening, when the view would have been excellent. We’ve just returned from our stay and had a very good holiday. The hotel met our needs and was far enough from the main area that we weren’t disturbed in the early hours.
