Rooms without a balcony are quite dark, though fine for a short stay. They were cleaned daily, and the safes are free. The location is excellent, and the staff were very helpful, polite and friendly. No complaints overall, and I’d definitely stay again.

The top floor has a sun deck with toilets and an outdoor shower to cool off, plus great views. We had a standard room without a balcony, just doors that opened so wet towels could dry. On the plus side, it was very quiet, away from pedestrian traffic. The food was lovely for us, with plenty of choice, and the staff were great. A very nice hotel. Thank you for a super smashing holiday 😁

Finding the hotel after the coach dropped me off was quite frustrating, but I checked the best way back for when I went home. The hotel and staff were great, and the food was good. Taking prices and the weather back home into account, I found it all very, very good value. I enjoyed it a lot.

Our flight was delayed, so we eventually reached Alameda Hotel on Thursday morning. The rooms were really clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our time there and would definitely return. The location is ideal.

The breakfast was varied and good quality, and our room was clean and tidy. We spent 4 days here in the heart of the old town. Lovely hotel, friendly staff, and we’ll definitely be back.
