Hotel Deloix Aqua Center

The indoor pool was a real help with our little one, and there was plenty to keep the family busy, including an outdoor playground, a mini club with soft play, and arcades for a break from the sun. The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the beach, but buses go both ways from right outside if you’d rather not walk. There are shops nearby too, including an Aldi 300 metres away. The staff, from the bar and restaurant teams to the cleaners and lifeguard, were lovely. Our room was spotless and always clean when we got back. The buffet had lots of options, even for people like us who don’t eat fish. I do wish I liked fish, though, because the freshly cooked prawns looked great. Couldn’t fault the stay, and we’ll definitely book again.

The food in the restaurant is excellent, with great variety. The staff are professional and the customer service is excellent; everyone was friendly. Special mention to the barman with the funky glasses and the female restaurant manager. This was our third visit, from 14 to 21 November. We love the rooms, the bar area and especially the indoor pool. The No 10 bus stops right outside. We’ve never managed to use the roof pool because it’s always been closed during our stays, so hopefully next time we’ll get to try it. A couple of things would make it even better: fresh orange juice at breakfast, since the machine drink is awful and Spain has such great fruit, and perhaps an earlier opening time for the indoor pool in winter. We love the hotel and will definitely book again. We always book direct.

Yoli made us feel right at home, and the dance show was amazing. The room staff were incredible too. The hotel was amazing, and we’ll come back. Thanks, Yoli.
