A great little hotel. The service is amazing and the location is the best.

Jaime at reception gave us a warm welcome and some really good advice and tips. All the other staff we met were very friendly too. The rooms are comfortable and come with a safe and a mini fridge stocked with water and some soft drinks on arrival, all free. There are TVs in the rooms and a shared TV lounge as well. The hotel is right in the middle of the Old Town, surrounded by bars and restaurants. Tapas Alley is a two-minute walk, and both beaches and the 'Mirador del castell - balcó de la mediterrània' are just a short stroll away. Breakfast is continental, with plenty of choice and some lovely pastries. We also enjoyed seeing the old Benidorm photos along the corridors, which I believe were taken by the owner. Such a great find, and our first choice for future trips.

Jaime, the hotel manager, was really friendly and came to chat with us every day. We stayed from 24/12 to 31/12 in room 104, which had a super king bed that was soooo comfortable. The little fridge with free water and soft drinks was a nice touch. Breakfast is served in a lovely little area over two floors, with coffee, tea, hot milk and juice. The pastries were the best I’ve had in a hotel. Any left over were put on a tray near the drinks station on the first floor. We were on the first floor above bars and restaurants, so there was a little outside noise, but it wasn’t too bad. We’ve had the same wherever we’ve stayed in the Old Town. They kept our luggage until we were ready to leave. We just buzzed and someone came within a minute to let us collect it, great service. Would definitely recommend it and stay again. A really welcoming family-run small hotel, and I’d definitely recommend it. The staff were helpful and made us feel welcome. Everything was very clean to a high standard, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast is continental style.
