Hotel Perla

Our group of six had a great girls' trip. The hotel is right among the clubs and bars, and the drinks were reasonably priced with generous measures. We didn't eat here. The rooms were clean and we got fresh towels daily; the cleaners were friendly. Poolside bar staff were fun, always ready for a laugh, and accommodating with groups of women and men on stag and hen trips. Thanks, guys! We'll be back. I'd recommend it to adults looking for a fun stay.

When a family emergency meant we had to cancel, the hotel kindly let us move our deposit to another date. They didn't have to do that, and it was great customer service. The hotel itself is great too, in a spot very close to the strip. I'd happily stay again and would highly recommend it.

My visit left me disappointed with the service from Silvia at reception. I left on time as planned, but she was rude and unprofessional. I asked to leave my bags in the baggage room so I could collect them later, and she refused without giving a clear reason, insisting on a deposit instead. I just needed a reasonable service before my flight, so the whole exchange was frustrating and unpleasant. I hope management gives staff like Silvia better customer service training.

I left my cash in the room by mistake and only noticed after reaching the airport. I hadn't paid for a safe, but I rang the hotel, and staff went to check the room. They found the money and held it for a friend to collect. All £2380 was returned in full. Thanks for your staff's honesty.
