Port Vista Oro Hotel

The staff were helpful and had a laugh with us, and the room was fine, with a great shower, good bathroom facilities and plenty of towels. It's very well placed, just a 5-10 minute walk to the promenade and beach. Breakfast was okay with plenty of options, though I would've preferred better bacon, my only grumble. This was my first time in Benidorm, and I expected the worst but was pleasantly surprised. I really liked the hotel and would stay again.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the location was brilliant. Our room was kept spotless with daily cleaning and fresh towels when needed. We enjoyed staying at Port Oro so much that we'd definitely come back next year, especially to this hotel.

The staff make this hotel: they're so helpful and friendly. The evening entertainment is great, and if you get to know them, the Spanish guests are really friendly too. Jay the compete is funny and friendly as well. The food suits Spanish and English guests, with plenty of choice. Our room was a good size and cleaned daily. It's worth paying extra for a pool view, unless, as on our second visit, one is given to you. The location suits us perfectly, five minutes' walk from the beach and old town. Until next time.

The evening entertainment is fun and seems to suit every nationality, and the food is excellent. Staff are very friendly, with one particularly over-friendly. There's a public car park opposite, and buying a bono is best to save money. But the room arrangement was a problem. I asked in October for a walk-in shower for our December stay because my disabled husband can't use a bath. I was told to ask again two days before we arrived, which I did. When we got there, neither of the two suitable rooms was available, and his wheelchair couldn't fit into the bathroom. Rachel at reception told me she'd requested a special room for us. Apart from that, we're very satisfied with the hotel.
