The food was brilliant, with something different each day and options for different tastes. It was also handy to have a fridge in the room, plus a free safe and WiFi that worked well. Everyone in the restaurant was friendly and hardworking, and the service was fantastic. The lady at reception was lovely when we arrived, and our room was ready so we could have lunch after the flight and transfer. It was bright and clean, with a great shower, and we actually slept so well. We loved Calypso and the location was perfect. Our room at the back was nice and quiet. It was our first family holiday abroad, and we were so pleased with it. We’d book again.

This was my third stay with ServiGroup, after Pueblo and Orange, and I’ve enjoyed every one. I had an amazing week here too. Jose and the restaurant staff were fantastic, always greeting us with a smile. I was given a very generous bottle of sparkling wine for my birthday while I was staying. Many thanks.

The entertainment didn’t offer much variety in the evenings unless ballroom dancing is what you’re after. Room cleaning was also hit and miss, with some days cleaned and others only getting fresh towels. On the plus side, Caroline was always there to help, and Lawrence at the bar is a credit to the hotel.

The reception team were lovely and helpful, and the hotel was very clean throughout. They cleaned our room daily even though we were only there for three nights. Breakfast was nice, with a great English selection, though a little salty for me. Fantastic hotel and location.

The food was brilliant and had something for everyone. Even when the restaurant was very busy, the staff still made time to be friendly. One young waiter kept an eye out for a lady using a walker and was always ready to help her. The hotel is spotless, and the staff are smart and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back.
