Hotel Servigroup Rialto

The food selection at breakfast was great, including British-style bacon rather than the European streaky kind. Staff were super friendly, and the pool and bar service were great too. There were plenty of sunbeds, so no need for the mad dash you get at Flamingo Oasis. Nice hotel, and I'd definitely stay again.

The main thing that affected my stay was the noise through the walls. From 19/09/25 to 22/09/25, the people next door shouted, screamed and argued in the early hours after coming back from drinking. It badly disturbed my sleep, especially on the night before I left, when it went on for nearly two hours. Staff across reception, waiting and housekeeping were great, friendly and attentive, and clearly worked hard. Breakfast had a good selection, and at dinner I could always find something I liked. The menu was repetitive, though, and the food was never hot, just lukewarm. Other hotels I've visited in Spain at a similar level have had the same issue, so maybe people in the UK just prefer hotter food. Despite the noise, I had a pleasant stay overall and would recommend it to friends and family.

The pool area was good, and there were always loungers available without anyone reserving them with towels. Breakfast was exceptional for a three-star hotel. The location is good, up a slight hill near the sea. The hotel was clean and well managed, and reception staff were very helpful and answered all my questions well. I enjoyed the stay all round.

A good hotel with a very nice pool and outdoor area. The bar is an adequate size, but the evening entertainer was lacking. I didn't have the evening meal, which costs £28 and seems far too expensive. I assume the quality isn't much better than breakfast and lunch. As with everything in Benidorm in September these days, the hotel is getting expensive.
