I took a zoomed-out photo of Intempo from outside, since that seemed to be the only way for me to see the building. Unlike most of the high-rises, which are private apartments behind fences and security, getting a place to rent is often the only way to look around from inside. Its striking structure is what stays with you.

Intempo Building is one of Benidorm's most striking sights, and its history isn't widely known. It was built to commemorate the March 11th train bombing in Madrid 2004. The inward-facing legs that rise to the top represent 11, while the diamond in the middle completes an M for March. It's an apartment block, with balconies for every apartment and a WiFi system for the whole building. There are swimming pools on the roof and in the grounds. It's also the tallest building in Benidorm and the 5th biggest in Spain.

The building looks impressive and the views are incredible, but I can't recommend it because of serious security concerns. Robbers are reportedly using copied keys to get into apartments while tenants are away. Residents have raised concerns repeatedly, yet the security team seems ineffective. People continue to enter without resistance, leaving the place feeling unsafe. For a property marketed as luxurious and high-end, this lack of basic security is unacceptable. Until management takes this seriously and puts effective protections in place, I'd advise potential tenants or buyers to look elsewhere.
