The staff were great, and nothing seemed like a hassle for them. Breakfast was good, the bar had plenty in stock, and the nightlife was great. I spent 10 wonderful days in Benidorm with everything I needed close together. Even from the 7th floor, I had a beautiful view. I’ll definitely be back, thank you.

The quieter part of Benidorm is a plus if that’s what you’re after. The place is quite dated, though, and the beds need replacing. The memory foam mattresses are uncomfortable, with a big dip in the middle. The pool looked filthy, but it was February and out of season, I guess.

The pool gets sun all day, and the poolside bar is nice. The hotel itself is very nice, with lovely, attentive staff. Cristina on reception was always welcoming and happy to help. Our room had been newly refurbished, and most rooms have lovely sea views.

The pool areas at the front and back were brilliant, and the rooms were huge with a discreet balcony. Friendly staff and a lovely breakfast too. I’d come back without hesitation.

The balconies are huge, and the kitchenette comes in really handy. Good facilities, friendly staff, and an excellent location.
