Hotel Villa Espana

We spent eight weeks there and had a lovely room overlooking the beach. The staff were kind and very helpful. We did painting with Laura, who practised her English with us. Gabrielle, Jose and Sande in the restaurant were helpful too. All the young restaurant staff were lovely, and so were the maids.

We've liked it so much that we've booked another stay for summer. The food is lovely, with plenty of options through the day, and the staff are polite, cheerful and helpful. The hotel is clean and well placed for both shopping and the beaches.

Laura from the entertainment team was especially friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the morning yoga, such a lovely way to start the day. It would be great to have bingo at the hotel, and I think it'll be even more amazing once the suspended pool opens. There are a few odd design choices, but the staff are fantastic and always ready to help. We spent a week here and honestly had nothing to complain about. Good luck, and enjoy your holidays 😊

We celebrated Christmas at Hotel Villa Espana from 19/12/25 to 27/12/25, staying in suite 602 on the sixth floor, with a sea view and hot tub. My husband and I had been there in September and were so pleased with the service that we brought our aunt along. She's stayed in many Benidorm hotels over the years, and we wanted her to experience this one too. Reception, the dining-room staff and the bar staff were all faultless. Ovidio and the reception manager deserve a special mention for arranging an upgrade for my aunt, and Gina was especially lovely at the bar. The management and staff put a lot of effort into the Christmas Day Gala Dinner, which we really appreciated. We'll definitely return and have recommended the hotel to family and friends.
