We had a great time in Benidorm from 2.-9.8, and the hotel's location was fantastic too. The reception staff were so gentle and professional, and the restaurant staff were good as well. We had three meals, and the food was fantastic, with so many choices: salads, meats, fish, vegetables, fruit, cakes, and creams. I recommend this hotel. Thank you so much for the great time we had. Lots of regards from Belgrade, Serbia. Natalia

Being right in the city made it easy to get around on foot, and the cleaners were kind and clearly tried hard. But my room had almost no windows or natural light, so I couldn't tell whether it was day or night. There were bugs in my children's room too. Breakfast was the same each day, with a modest selection. The hotel seemed to have mostly older guests.

The location is really good, and the people working there were kind. That's about all I liked. There was no fridge in the room, and the food was just okay, with the same options every day.

It’s a short walk to the beach, under 10 minutes, and the hotel is practically beside the old town. It has a contemporary feel. I didn’t eat there, though I did have a few drinks, and they were inexpensive for a hotel.

We were well placed for everything, with the beach exactly five minutes away and shops and places to eat all around. The hotel itself felt safe, quiet and lovely for a holiday. Staff were helpful and lovely from arrival through departure, and the cleaning team couldn't do enough. Our small room had a little balcony, was cleaned daily, and came with fresh towels. The sheets were changed every other day. Breakfast had a lovely continental spread, and the fried eggs and rashers were just as nice.
