Hotel Olympus

We had a lovely long weekend and met some amazing people, shout out to Andy, Chris and Mandy! The staff were accommodating and service was quick. There was always a good buffet selection, though we liked the cold dishes better than the hot ones. It was a bit of a walk to the main strip and old town, which we knew about beforehand. We'd definitely stay again.

It was peaceful at night, and we even slept with the balcony door open for two nights without any noise. Our room was clean and spacious, and everyone on staff was kind and helpful. The food was delicious, with fresh fruit, plenty of drinks like fruit juice, and a nice range of desserts. We had a wonderful week, were very satisfied, and will definitely come back next year. The room wasn't comfortable: the sheets were torn, and the toilet was so close to the sink it was barely usable. On top of that, reception was unhelpful. One woman was rude and dismissive when we mentioned problems, and nobody tried to sort them out or make us feel welcome. Food was bland and repetitive throughout my four-night stay, with little variety. Flies kept buzzing around it, and some cups still had lipstick marks, which raised real concerns about cleanliness. Towels were said to be available with a deposit, but none could be borrowed during our whole four days. We were also charged extra to use the in-room safe, which seems disappointing at an all-inclusive hotel. I wouldn't recommend returning here. It didn't meet the standard I expected, and there are better options in Spain.

My boyfriend and I stayed on 03/09 and loved the place. Ana was amazing the whole time and made us feel like royalty, she's one in a million! The food and staff were great, and our room was immaculate. I'd definitely recommend staying here, and we'll be back! x
