The apartment was faultless and had everything you could need, and the location was great. We paid the €200 deposit in cash and got it straight back when we left. We stayed three days and would definitely come again.

The rooms were sufficient and the rest of our stay was fine, but the hotel refused to provide more toilet paper. We were there for four nights, ran short of the supplied amount, and reception told us to buy it at a local supermarket. That's appalling service, and I won't stay here again. It's around a 15-minute walk to the strip and beach, or no more than five minutes by taxi.

The location worked well, about a 10-minute walk to the strip and roughly 15 minutes to the beach, though it's a little away from the action. The staff we dealt with seemed friendly enough. We were there over the fiesta. The apartments were as expected, nothing wrong with them but nothing special, and they weren't the cleanest. In my experience they attract a rough crowd, so I wouldn't recommend them for families, though maybe that was because of the fiesta. We paid the deposits in cash and got them straight back, but you have to leave the apartment exactly as you found it, except for putting the bedding on the bathroom floor. We saw someone lose their deposit over one clean plate left on the draining board.

The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable, and the bathroom shower was great. The kitchen has basic utensils, a microwave, coffee maker, fridge and cooker. The pool area is lovely, with lots of sunbeds. But the apartment was dirty, with dust and dried food stuck to the kitchen surfaces and items, and the sofa bed was filthy. Bathroom tiles were lifting, and the bedroom safe didn't work. Staff wouldn't change the towels or top up the toilet paper. They were extremely rude and told me to buy those things at the local shop or gas station they had near them. I thought that was really poor service, especially with a €200 deposit.
