I loved my stay, even though the room got us off to a rocky start. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and half board was good value for money. There were activities for guests every day, which felt well thought out, and the pool and gym were both fully functional and lovely. I'd stay again whenever I'm in Benidorm.

The staff were consistently polite and helpful, and seemed happy in their jobs. The room was clean and well kept, and the location sits nicely between the old and new towns. I chose full board plus because it only added a few euros, which seemed like good value on a budget. The food was disappointing, though, with little taste or variety. I stayed here a few years ago and had a much better experience this time. I'd come back, but book room only.

The food could be bland and hit or miss, but we always had a good time here. My partner and I came for a few years before he passed away. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. We also enjoyed the walk up to the hotel and stopping at the big supermarket to pick up water, crisps and things.

The staff were friendly enough, and the location worked for us, though it might not suit older people. The pool was closed during our week there. The room was clean and okay, but noisy. Food was a letdown. If pizza, chips and fish are enough for you, you'll be fine, but the pasta had nothing to go with it and there wasn't much beyond that. The boiled potatoes may suit some people. My wife reacted to the paella and her eye closed up. It also seemed more geared towards Spanish guests.
