We'd already booked another stay by the time we left. The restaurant had plenty of freshly prepared choices, and the whole hotel was spotless. Our room was very spacious and had everything we needed. Reception gave us such a warm welcome, and a big thank you to the bar staff, especially Ian and Diego. The entertainment was excellent too, especially David, who made us smile every day. This is the best hotel we've ever stayed in.

David, the head of entertainment, really gets everyone involved and is a great asset to the hotel. Laura at reception, Diego, Ian and Raquel on the bar team, and Dori in the restaurant are a few names I remember, but everyone was amazing. We've already booked to come back, so see you all soon. The food was amazing, with something for everyone, and we never went hungry. Our room was spotless, with fresh towels every day. We'd wanted to try this hotel since last year, and it certainly didn't disappoint.

The location on Poniente beach was perfect, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the food had excellent quality and variety. We spent all of February 2026 here and thought the full-board price was excellent value. It was so good that we've booked two months for next year. Thank you.

Lots of guests have come back for a fourth or fifth visit, or even more, and that says it all. We had a lovely room with a sea view, the food was great, and everything was spotlessly clean. The staff were kind and helpful, and the entertainment was really high quality. David, the entertainment manager, kept it fun and enjoyable throughout.

We've visited in January two years running and enjoyed our stay from check-in to check-out. Thanks to every member of staff, including for helping us with a medical situation. The hotel feels very friendly, and the staff are professional and welcoming. A sea-view room is well worth the extra cost. The bar team were quick to serve drinks during the day and evening entertainment, and the restaurant staff greeted us warmly and helped with anything else we needed. Mark & Susan
