We were on the 13th floor, with sea views as well as views over the bars and hotels. You're right on the strip, but the soundproofing is good and there wasn't much noise. The pool area was clean and nice, and we enjoyed a swim. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped. Angela was really helpful, keeping us updated about check-in when our flight was delayed and we arrived late. We'll definitely come back.

The bedrooms have single beds, and we'd have preferred a double, but we've still booked to return. The staff are friendly and helpful. It's right in central Benidorm, with a spacious lounge and dining area, two balconies, and a roomy bathroom with both a bath and shower. The kitchen has an oven, three-ring hob, toaster, kettle and microwave, plus a separate utility room with a washer and airer. One balcony has a table and chairs outside. Nearby venues can be noisy, so bring earplugs.

We booked a seven-day stay in a two-bedroom apartment so we'd be close to my elderly grandparents. I worried when I heard we'd be on the 13th floor because they struggle with stairs, but the two lifts were reliable, never had a queue, and didn't make it feel like we were so high up. The apartment was spotless and huge, with an extra toilet, dressing room, balconies, and dining tables inside and out. It even had a kettle, and the air conditioning was great. We also liked having a pool without needing to fight for a sunbed. It's in the middle of the busy British town, so of course there's noise, and the people-watching was brilliant. Fantastic family holiday, and I've already recommended it to everyone.

It's right on the strip, with lively nightlife, and very close to the beach. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. The staff are great, especially Angela.

For the price, these are the best apartments I've stayed in, and the location is great too. The staff and facilities were lovely. The nighttime check-in and security guard were the best I've dealt with in Spain.
