We had everything we needed in the apartment, including air conditioning, and the pool was pleasantly quiet. The apartments were lovely and clean. There was building work downstairs, but it didn't bother us. There's no reception, so you have to go to the hotel across the road with any questions.

It was really loud, so don't stay here if you can't sleep with background noise. The mattress felt like stone, and the couch was awful, you sank into it and couldn't get back up. The apartment was just terrible. We went two days without air conditioning. A guy came to look at it, said it had overheated, and left. He came back within an hour, called someone else, and there was still no solution. Somehow it started working again, then broke two days later. They finally moved us for the last two days, but the second room was gross, with mold in the shower and a strange hard thing on the floor, which I photographed. The shower head wouldn't stay raised when you tried to adjust its height, so you couldn't shower properly.

The service from Agu Azulu Staff was great. These apartments are brilliant, very well kept, and in a great location. We'll be booking again.

The hot water gave us some trouble, but they fixed it promptly. This was our third stay in San Jaime, and once again the apartment was great, with comfortable beds. The kitchen is a little sparsely equipped, though you can get everything you need for next to nothing at the Chinese restaurant around the corner.
