Breakfast was tasty. It’s a smaller hotel, so the selection isn’t huge, and it might not suit vegans that well 🤣, but it was just right for my family and me. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the cleaner came in regularly to change sheets and towels. We felt well looked after throughout our stay. We arrived at about 11am, well before the 3pm check-in, and the staff kindly let us leave our things in a locker. That was a relief, as we could head out and explore without dragging our bags around. The location is genuinely perfect, close to city centre attractions and the beaches, with trams and buses nearby too. We had a really good experience here with friendly service, and would definitely recommend it and stay again.

The staff were really friendly, and when we asked for extra pillows they brought them up in about ten minutes. The showers were good, the place was clean, and the beds were comfortable for a simple two-star hotel. The thin walls were the problem. You could almost join in with the next room's conversations, and people coming back at all hours made it hard to sleep.

We had four very pleasant nights right in Benidorm's old town. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable, and you can rent a fridge for the room for €3 a night. Beer from the bar is only €2 a bottle. The breakfast wasn't great and the rooms are a little tired, but for a cheap break the staff's excellent, friendly service more than made up for that. I know some reviews call the place terrible, but I wouldn't agree.

We’ve just got back after 21 nights, yes, a long stay, and we’ll definitely come again. Ecias Ibarra at reception was especially helpful and friendly, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. Sara cleaned our room every day, brought fresh towels, and always did it with a smile. Carlos at reception was friendly too, and the young chef kept breakfast moving along cheerfully. Thanks to all of you, from Karen and Sean in Leeds.

The rooms are basic, but the beds were comfortable enough, the shower was great, and housekeeping made the beds and replaced the towels daily. You can reach either the old town or new town centre in about 15 minutes on foot. The beach is just down the road, and Tapas Alley is two alleys away. I prefer the new town, so I'd stay nearer there next time, but this is a nice base if you want to explore both.
