I left two rings behind by accident in the “Sunset Waves” apartment. One was returned, but the other, which was valuable, never turned up. I found that extremely disappointing and, in my view, unacceptable. Guests should be able to trust that forgotten belongings will be handled safely and honestly. Rental Benidorm clearly warns people in its emails to check their belongings at checkout. After what happened, I understand why. Double-check before you leave, since lost items may not be recovered.

My husband, our two daughters and I stayed for a week and loved the two-bedroom apartment. It was spacious and modern, with very comfortable beds. The big terrace had sea views and a pool, spectacular!
