The staff at Villa Venecia were caring and gave excellent service throughout, always going the extra mile. Breakfast was a delight, and our room was lovely with a very comfortable bed. We stayed in room 16 to celebrate our Golden Wedding Anniversary, and it made for a wonderfully relaxing holiday in luxurious surroundings. The sunrises and sunsets were stunning, and it's the best location in Benidorm. My husband Keith and I have come home with memories to treasure. Thank you so much. Keith and Christine Russell

We had a lovely family dinner at Llum Del Mar. Juan was our server and was outstanding, really friendly too. We ordered burrata to start, then crispy suckling pig and French lamb for our main courses. The food was delicate, delicious and beautifully arranged on the plate. We'd highly recommend the place, and do ask for Juan!

Hotel Villa Venecia was a peaceful, luxurious escape right in the heart of Benidorm. Our room was perfect for a romantic weekend, with incredible views, and everything was spotless. Claudia and the rest of the staff were super friendly, and breakfast was delicious. We loved our stay and can't wait to come back!

The location suited us perfectly, away from the noise and “filth” of the British Quarter. It's a great hotel with very nice sea-view suites, and the staff were wonderful.

We're staying at the hotel now and have found the location perfect and the facilities top class. The staff are friendly and helpful, and they try to give you everything you need. Definitely a five-star stay for me.
