It’s cheap and there’s loads of space, but those windows were awful. Any bit of wind had them banging against each other all night. I had to wedge socks in them, and we could hear it throughout the apartments, not just in one room. You pay 150 euro up front, have to take your own bins out and clear your own bedding. Check-in is at 5pm, but they let us in at 2pm when we arrived, which was a bonus.

I really enjoyed my week here. The one bedroom apartment is spacious and has a large balcony, and Daniel, Elena and Izzy were all very friendly and welcoming. My apartment 1301 was on the corner and had a sea view. The building is about 5 blocks from the promenade, but it’s still within walking distance of the famous Benidorm nightlife and the promenade. I’d definitely stay again. As most reviewers have mentioned, everything is charged separately, from the safe to the aircon, if you decide to use them.

The staff are lovely, especially the sweet guy working nights. He’ll help with anything you need. The apartments are really nice, close to everything, and it’s not a long walk to the beach. I’d definitely go back.

The location was good, but the pool was rubbish and the stay felt very average overall. I didn’t like that they don’t clean the rooms or beds for you, and the woman at reception was very blunt and unwelcoming. When I arrived, they’d double booked me, though they arranged somewhere else for me to stay that first night, which was fair enough. The room I got after that was okay, but the air conditioning still wasn’t switched on even after I asked.

For Benidorm, I really liked these apartments. The staff were around and helpful, and the beach is a 5-minute walk downhill.
