I only ate at the restaurant, not at the hotel. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the four-course set menu with wine for €20 is great value. The food was excellent. My one gripe is that there's no terrace, so I couldn't bring my dog. Highly recommended.

The staff were very welcoming, and the food was excellent. We had a beautiful room at this great hotel, in a lovely little town.

Benifallet is a beautiful village, and the restaurant looks smart inside, with crisp white tablecloths. I wanted to enjoy the meal, but choosing from three menus, two menus and a carta, didn't help. The one we ordered from was so long that I couldn't see how everything could be cooked fresh. My starter wasn't what I'd ordered, and the main was inedible. By dessert I'd lost trust in the other options and stuck with fruit. Such a disappointment. I doubt I'll return.

The people were lovely and helpful, and they spoke English. I really enjoyed the food and the wide choice on the menu, so I'll definitely come back. The one thing missing was allioli with the bread. I asked for some but never got any.

The five-course taster menu was a highlight, each dish more delicious than the previous one. The atmosphere was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We brought our three-year-old daughter, and her excellent children's meal came out at the start of our tasting menu, so we could enjoy our own food. Such a gem of a restaurant, definitely worth visiting if you're nearby. You won't be disappointed.
