Piscine à 28 degrés ! 13 couchages, Villa Chic Romance

I was without TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning for three days, while technicians and maintenance workers came by six times, one after another. The owner didn’t reimburse me or even respond to my calls and messages. The villa was a complete disappointment and nothing like the advert. I’ve included photos. Most of the beds are uninhabitable, with only two having decent mattresses. The stairs are dangerous for pets and people with disabilities, even though I’d warned them I was coming with my elderly parents. The place is generally dirty, one sink doesn’t work, the living room window and a closet door are broken, and the inside walls are peeling. The only ground-floor sink is very damp, and the garden is neglected. As for the owner, no comment. I can’t write anything critical, they won’t let me. I’d rather be fair. Everyone has their own conscience. If you want to relax and have a pleasant stay, don’t go to this villa.

We’ve stayed at this villa twice now. It’s near Moreira, the location is superb, and the service has been excellent. There have been no unpleasant surprises. It has all the comforts: air conditioning, a foosball table, satellite TV, a BBQ and griddle, plus a bathroom and toilet in every bedroom.

Be careful who you rent from. The owner of this house is a simple cheat, she hasn’t paid two bills, and renting from her means supporting fraud that exploits people.

Wonderful!
