There was no staff around, and both the restaurant and bar had been closed for two years. My tour company, Overland Bike Tours, placed me here without checking and didn't seem to care. The staff who were there were wonderful and courteous, though, and it wasn't their fault. The young receptionist even went out of her way to make me sandwiches and a drink. Thank you. I hope things improve for you, and good luck to everyone.

I stay here whenever I travel to Berga and highly recommend it. The location is perfect, the staff are wonderful, and the rooms are a good size. Great value for money.
