The Wi-Fi never worked for us, and the place felt like it was being run as cheaply as possible. We had to ask for or buy basic things like toilet paper and trash bags, and the only supplies were salt and sugar, which had worms in it. There wasn't even a proper way to make coffee because the pot wouldn't work on the stove. We booked for six, but there were only two chairs and no dining table, so we took turns eating while holding our plates. The beds were old and uncomfortable, and the apartment didn't really have enough room unless people were willing to sleep almost on the floor. It was dirty too: sticky floors, cobwebs everywhere, and we had to wash every cup, plate, and fork ourselves. We came with three kids and two adults expecting a garden where the kids could play outside. The house is by the road, and what looks like greenery is fenced space where goats graze, so there was nowhere for the kids to play. The property was in poor condition and bad value for the money. I honestly can't understand the positive reviews.

Feeding the two little goats some stale bread was quite an experience. We only got to spend a few days in this special house, and I wish we'd had longer. The setting is wonderful, and our hostess was so welcoming and always ready to suggest places to visit or eat. Thank you for being so kind and sharing such a spectacular, warm home with us.

Begoña is so attentive and friendly, the kind of person you just want to hug. We had a fantastic three days in her beautiful house. It was clean and comfortable too. One of the best places I've stayed, and I'll definitely come back.

The room was great and the facilities were well looked after. The only small issue was that morning light came in a little too early through the glass above the window. We picked the place for its location, which let us explore the Basque Country during our four days without being too far from anywhere. The owner was kind and understanding, even though we arrived very late on the first day, and helped us throughout with suggestions for places to see and restaurants. Highly recommended.
