We came for the walking and climbing, like many of the families and younger visitors staying in this complex of around 30 apartments. Our apartment had two twin rooms, a kitchen, and a shower, and there’s a good shop and restaurant on site. It’s dog friendly, and the food is great for a reasonable price. The bottle of wine was amazing and only €11, we thought they were joking when we saw the bill. Our only small issue was the group in the apartment next door, who started a meal with music around 10pm. A few of us asked them to turn it down, and they did, so it wasn’t a big deal. I’d still recommend it for a relaxed stay with a well-stocked shop and good food close by.

After climbing, it’s easy to relax here, either by cooking your own dinner or eating at the restaurant. Valle de Rodellar is right in Rodellar, with lovely views and the canyon an easy walk away. We’ve stayed here on several climbing trips and loved it. The rooms are spacious, cozy, and warm.

The climbing crag is an easy walk from the hotel, and there’s a little store in the main lobby with food and basic necessities, which made things convenient. I stayed here on a climbing trip and found it perfect. The apartments have two bedrooms and a nice kitchen. The restaurant served delicious food at great prices. This place is great!

We spent two days here and found it quiet and just right for us. A very nice place to stay, with clean rooms and a good breakfast.

For ten days of climbing in Rodellar, these casitas gave us a comfortable base. We had a clean, warm place to sleep, our own kitchen with all the utensils we needed, and room to relax. They were built in the last few years and have radiant floor heating. The lodge grocery store is well stocked, with refrigerated items like milk, cheese, vegetables, and lunch meat, along with dry goods such as pasta, rice, and cereal. There were fresh baguettes, plenty of wine and olive oil too. On evenings when we didn’t want to cook, we ate well at the lodge restaurant. We could also get breakfast and coffee in the cafe. Valle de Rodellar was a great find. After seeing some other places to stay in Rodellar, we were surprised that these comfortable, convenient, well-equipped accommodations were also competitively priced. We can’t wait to return.
