Batimont Suites & Apartments

Getting around Bilbao on foot was easy, and my car was secure in the private parking. My suite looked out over a lovely square, but the windows did a good job keeping out city noise. It was brand new and had all the amenities I needed. Reception was friendly and professional, and the suite itself was just right. A wonderful place to stay, highly recommend it.

We chose the balcony suite, and I’d recommend it. The bed was comfortable, the furnishings were tasteful, and the place had a homey feel. It’s right in downtown Bilbao, and the attentive reception staff made sure we were comfortable. I’d happily stay here again.

We could walk everywhere from this perfect location, and the 2m-wide bed was very comfortable. The studio was nicely furnished and had everything we needed. Our apartment overlooked a small park, which was a lovely view, though groups of young people made it noisy at night. It was 24 degrees inside, so we had to leave the window open. Only staff can adjust the room temperature, and with no phone in the room and the desk not always staffed, that wasn’t very satisfying.

We only stayed one night, which was the downside. Our interior room, #303, was very quiet, and I slept like a baby. The location is superb, the room was beyond clean, and the king-size bed had four pillows and soft sheets. Great shower pressure, and the handheld steamer worked really well. The kitchenette was fully stocked and came with a large complimentary bottle of water. The staff were friendly, and there’s a washer, dryer, and drying room available for a small fee. All pros for me.
