Free parking nearby, and the shared bathrooms were cleaned daily, though their quality varied. One was good, the other needed replacing. The bedrooms also varied. Room 4, the three-bed room, was very small for three and the same size as the two-bed Room 3 next door, but without its balcony. Room 2 had damp from the poor bathroom next door. The beds felt more like glorified camp beds than comfortable beds. I'd say it's okay for one night, two at most, but I wouldn't recommend a longer stay. I wasn't impressed with Bilbao as a city either, and think two days max is enough on a tour of the Basque region. I'd recommend Donastia and Bayonne.

Comfortable enough for the price. My only issue was having to call someone to get access, especially since my phone doesn't connect to international calls straight away.

We were left waiting outside for an hour. Nobody answered the phone, and the WhatsApp bot just repeated the same messages. A neighbor was the only reason we got in. They'd entered my number incorrectly, so the bots couldn't recognize it, and the apology we got felt half-hearted and aimed at ending the conversation. Inside, the bed was horribly uncomfortable and covered in hair and stains. The mattress looked ancient. The bathroom was just as bad. For €80 for two nights, I would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE. I should have filed a formal complaint. Photos attached.

The elevator was out of order, and the place is on the 4th floor. The whole place is DISGUSTING, with no basic hygiene. There's a smell of old man's tobacco throughout the hallway, and nobody takes responsibility. They don't answer the phone, and you can't even get a message through. I don't understand the people who say the beds are comfortable or the room is fine. This place is a complete disgrace.
