The place was kept clean and in good shape, and the rooms were cleaned every day. Towels, though, were only replaced every three days. There was no staff inside and entry was contactless, but they answered messages quickly. It's a decent option if you're after a clean stay, just bear in mind the location: it's not central, as I overlooked when I booked. Luckily, there's a bus stop two minutes away, though Bilbao doesn't have late-night buses.

The room was roomy and very clean. I didn't use the kitchen, but I was impressed that its extractor switched on automatically when I opened the door. It was well equipped, and there was a washer and dryer too. The bus ride to the center takes around 10-15 minutes, and free parking is a five-minute drive away. I'd stay here again if I come back to Bilbao.

No hospitality, poor service, and a bad location. There's no parking either. Try to save up for somewhere better, because this place will cost more than you expect. Worst place I've ever been.

We booked for the location and the kitchen, and the room was basic but clean. The kitchen utensils need replacing or at least some upkeep: we didn't trust the pans enough to cook, so bought disposable plates and cutlery. The bigger problem was the heating. The air conditioning didn't work, and a space heater had been left on the bedside table. It gave off some heat, but didn't seem safe and couldn't be programmed or left running while we were out. This was December 30th, and coming back to a cold room in midwinter felt really shabby.
