It's a very pretty hotel, but the strong unpleasant smell in both the hall and the room was hard to ignore. I think it was coming from the drainage system. The walls are extremely thin too, so light sleepers should keep that in mind. If you're sensitive to smells, you'll notice it wherever you go.

We were dropped off right outside by the airport bus, and the location couldn't have been better. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well designed. Reception staff were warm, polite, and incredibly helpful. We'd stay again and recommend it. If only we could find the bathroom light switch, haha 😅

It's a really nice hotel, with everything we could need in the rooms. The cleaning was very good, and the special shared areas were carefully organized. There was always someone at reception to help us. From here it's easy to walk into the city center or get to the airport.

The receptionist was genuinely kind and did everything he could for us, and the bedding was good. His superiors, though, showed very little empathy and seemed to care more about money than people. After someone smashed our van window in the hotel parking lot, which we had paid to use, several belongings were stolen. We lost a day making a police report and couldn't sleep in the van without a window, but management wouldn't give us another night's stay or a refund.

The staff were all really friendly. For the price, the quality is great, and the location is amazing: close to the Guggenheim Museum and an easy walk to Bilbao's main sights.
