Líbere Bilbao Ledesma

We made it work as three people in a room meant for two, using the fold-out couch. It was tight, so we kept things tidy and were careful, but we weren't in Bilbao to spend time at home anyway. For a two-day stay in Bilbao in mid-December, it was a perfect base. When I needed an iron, someone brought it to the door in seconds. Clean, tidy, functional, efficient. I'll recommend it.

The rooms are on the small side, but the design makes good use of the space. Ours had a fridge, small stovetop, enough basic cooking supplies if you keep things simple, and, oddly, a dishwasher. There's also a washing machine. We asked for a hot water kettle and they brought one over. The location is excellent, right in the active new city and close to the old city, with public transit a short walk away. Really nice rooms and remarkable value.

We were a group of four, and the apartment had plenty of space. It was modern, with a well-equipped kitchen and a lift. Everything was perfect for me, and I'm very demanding. I have only good memories and will definitely return. The city is beautiful. The location is right on a popular street near bars and pubs, the old town, and about a 15-minute walk from the Guggenheim Museum. The metro is nearby, and the airport is around 30-40 minutes away. I was a little concerned about check-in at first, but it was easy: we got a code for the main entrance and another for the apartment.

The room stayed very quiet despite being on a busy pedestrian street, thanks to the excellent windows. The bed was comfortable, and the main room had pleasant lighting. There's a good breakfast café directly opposite. It's very central and close to the Metro. The bathroom lighting was poor, and there was no shaving mirror. The light by the elevator on the ground floor didn't always work.
