The beds were super comfortable, and the neighborhood stayed nice and quiet at night. The hotel feels fresh and well maintained, and the staff were very helpful. I really enjoyed staying here. It's a good choice if you want to be a little away from the city noise while still having easy access to everything.

Everything was extremely clean, from the rooms to the restaurant and other facilities. The cleaning staff work hard. The location is very good, within walking distance of the old city. Breakfast was decent, kind of mid-level. Slippers aren't in the room, but you can ask for them. There's a gym, though it costs 9 Euros per visit. If you stay five days and use it each day, that could add up to 45 Euros.

The hotel is in a fantastic spot, with the metro station a 10-minute walk away and just one stop from the Old Town Centre stop. Our rooms were spacious and bright, and the beds very comfortable. The staff were helpful, and both breakfasts we had were tasty and well prepared. The gym is attached to the Hotel, but we chose not to use it. It's a 15-minute taxi ride from the Airport. This Hotel ticks all the right boxes, and I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Bilbao.

Our group had more than 70 rooms, and the service made us feel right at home. Everything was handled with great care, and nobody in our group had a single complaint.

The outdoor pool was lovely and opened at 9am. I'd skip breakfast, though, since the lobby cafe is cheaper and friendly. We stayed two nights. The rooms are basic, and I disliked the decor in different shades of brown, while my husband liked it.
