The room was very comfortable and had a nice boutique feel. We loved the balcony looking out over the street. It's a perfect spot on the old town square, near bars and the metro, with a riverside walk to the Guggenheim about 20 minutes away. Our one small complaint was that we couldn't leave our luggage before noon or pick it up after 5pm on our last day. Apart from that, we had a lovely stay.

A quaintly decorated room, simple access, and a great price for what we paid. This Pension is well placed for seeing Bilbao, right in the lively old town, which stays busy from lunchtime into the night. If you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs. With the balcony doors shut, our room was reasonably quiet.

The room was clean, the water pressure was good, and the bed was excellent. Check-in online was easy, and the Pension is in an incredibly convenient area. Some people have complained about noise, but that's to be expected so close to everything. We slept well with the windows closed.

A lovely little place to enjoy Bilbao. The rooms were clean, check-in was contactless, and we had a great view of the neighborhood. No complaints from me, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting, especially if arriving by train since the station is only a short walk away.

The room looked very nice, but I froze all night because the heating wasn't working and couldn't sleep. There wasn't any reception available to ask for help after 10pm. Noise from outside came through because the windows weren't soundproof, and the curtains didn't block out the streetlight, which shone in my eyes as I tried to sleep.
