My family and I had a terrible experience. We sat on the floor for two whole hours because reception only opens at 1 or 2 pm. The room was tiny and cold, with no heating, and the bathroom water was cold too.

We stayed in February and thought it was very good value. It’s a small, clean hotel, well situated in Bilbao, with large bathrooms in the hall. The old town is just a 10 to 15 minute walk away. WiFi is free, though you night need help reading the handwritten password.

The rooms, sheets, and towels were extremely clean. Staff were friendly, and the location was great.

The bedsheets and towels were quite dirty, and the stay was below par.

Good prices were a plus, and the staff were polite and helpful. There were no curfews, the beds were acceptable, and the rooms and bathrooms were clean. Connecting my cellphone and laptop to the WiFi was usually difficult.
