The old town location is excellent, and we had a lovely view from the terrace. Our room was very clean, with daily room service, and the owners are a very nice older couple. Great value for money.

The owner is kind and friendly, and the room has a beautiful view of the church. Pensión Roquefer is a lovely place in an interesting location, close to the cathedral, and offers amazing value.

A simple, cosy room with everything we needed, including towels and toiletries, and it was clean. The guesthouse is right on the old town cathedral plaza, with amazing views over the square. The couple who own it were so friendly and ready to help with anything. It can get a bit noisy at night because of the location, though it wasn’t a big issue. Great value, and I’d definitely recommend this hidden gem in Bilbao.

A charming, tucked-away place with an authentic feel. The gentleman and his family gave me such a warm welcome, and my clean room had the loveliest little balcony, with the Spanish atmosphere drifting in. Go to Cafe Lago for breakfast and get the tuna-tortilla :)

The shared washrooms were spotless, and the rooms have their own sink, mirror, vanity, and hairdryer. They also provide a fan. I loved the spacious room, gorgeous balcony, and view over the square and cathedral. The lighting is modern, with three different ceiling light options. Easy access, friendly staff, and a fantastic location. A great find, can’t complain!
