The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay, especially Miguel Ángel, who went out of his way to assist us and share great recommendations. We really appreciated his support. The apartment had everything for a comfortable stay: a functional kitchen, cozy living room, well-equipped bathroom, and two bedrooms. The layout is practical for a solo traveler, couple, or small family. A few small fixes would help: the pillows weren't very comfortable, some tiles in front of the fridge were loose, and the toilet flush buttons were broken and tended to stick. Nothing major. We had a very positive experience and would happily return.

We had a great vacation stay there in July. The location was great, close to supermarkets, shops, restaurants, public transportation, and more. Highly recommended.

Michalengelo at reception was amazing and gave us a full guide to the city when we arrived. The room was okay apart from a few problems: the apartment door handle was noisy, and the thin windows let in street noise, even at night. The mattress and pillow were too firm, so it was hard to sleep well. Try the 7th floor for its amazing view of the hills.

The reception staff were helpful and even printed our bus tickets, and the kitchen had enough equipment. The location was convenient, but our 3rd-floor apartment had a lot of noise from the street below. We stayed for 3 nights over a weekend, and Friday was worst: from 12am until just before sunrise, drunk people at street level were yelling and singing loudly. We could hear it all even with the windows closed. I'm not sure whether the other apartments have the same issue.

The price seemed fair for the size, facilities, central location, and friendly reception staff. The apartment was spacious, though the double bed was a little small. After two days, room service had only straightened the sheets instead of changing them. The bathroom could use work too, since the shower door was very squeaky. The kitchenware could have been cleaner when we arrived, and we found an open pack of ice creams in the freezer.
