The location is great, and the room was clean with a really comfortable bed. Still, there was a smell when we arrived, like someone had smoked in the room repeatedly. It was also noisy, and I couldn't sleep past 5 am.

The room and bathrooms were clean, and the front desk woman was friendly and very helpful. I also appreciated being able to leave my luggage there securely for free after checkout, which let me keep exploring. The old town and all the main sights were close by.

It's a basic place to stay, with shared bathrooms, but it was very clean and the price felt fair for what you get. The location is right in the center. Reception was very nice and gave us useful tips on Bilbao's sights. There's no breakfast, though plenty of places nearby offer options. I'd definitely consider staying again on another trip to Bilbao.

The staff were really nice and helpful, and the hostel was very clean with comfortable beds. It's in a great spot, about a five-minute walk from the old town and city center. There are two bars downstairs, so it can get a bit noisy late at night. The rooms do have Climalit windows to help block some of the sound.

The location was good, and the receptionist was friendly. The bed was comfortable too, but the shower area put me off. The shower curtains were mouldy. Would replacing them really cost 7-10 €?
