We had a wonderful stay, with friendly, welcoming staff and fantastic service. Our suite had an amazing view of the Guggenheim, and the hotel is right beside the Guggenheim and river, with the old and new town and the metro all an easy walk away. Breakfast was great, and they welcomed us with complimentary cava and cake in the room. Highly recommended!

This Vincci Hotels location is now one of our favourites for both service and where it sits. Right across from the Guggenheim Museum and beside the Nervión River, it's a great base for exploring Bilbao. The staff were attentive, accommodating, and a pleasure to talk to. Vincci Hotels is a brand we seek out whenever we're in Europe. Thanks for another memorable stay. Nos vemos pronto.

We had a perfect weekend here. The room was lovely and the service was too. The Guggenheim Museum is a quick walk away, and it's also a short stroll to the centre for shops, bars, and pinxtos. Breakfast was incredible and served from 8-11:30. They offered us a glass of cava on arrival, a lovely start to the weekend. An easy 10+++ from me!

The Hotel Vincci Consulado de Bilbao has a fantastic spot, just a few minutes' walk from the Guggenheim museum. Our room was spacious and very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of hot and cold food. Great quality and location, and good value for the money.

The riverfront setting made getting around easy, with everything a pleasant walk away. We had a nice room overlooking the Guggenheim and the river, and breakfast and the food were good. The staff were really friendly and helpful.
