The staff were very friendly, pets are welcome, and housekeeping was fantastic. It’s clean, though a bit dated and not in the best spot in Blanes. Go down under in Blanes!

We loved how hospitable and kind everyone was.

The owner was very rude, and the whole experience was horrid. We arrived with a group of people with disabilities for a fun weekend, but the bathrooms weren’t adapted at all, and the pool steps made it hardly accessible. The beds were uncomfortable and had no sheets, just a bedspread and mattress protector. One room was basically a hallway you had to walk through to get between spaces, so the people sleeping there had no privacy. The air conditioning ducts were full of dust, a nightmare if you have allergies or asthma. Kitchen items were broken or didn’t work, and the old furniture was broken and poorly maintained. If the company hadn’t paid for the stay, I’d have gone to another hotel where my colleagues could have enjoyed themselves much more.

It was quiet, with no traffic noise, since the hotel is on a dead-end street. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and above all, clean. The top-floor pool was fantastic, with sun loungers and sun almost all day, and it felt peaceful and pleasant. The beach is about a 10-15 minute walk, though the center is a bit far. The staff were very friendly and attentive.
