Montemare in Blanes with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms

It's a lovely property in a beautiful location, but I wouldn't call this a luxury villa. The house smells musty, as if there's damp, and many things are broken or dirty, with damaged chairs and a clothes rack left around. Only one of the outdoor lights worked. The loungers and bin lids are in poor shape, and the kitchen is cluttered with assorted plates, cups and glasses. The TV gets a signal through an analog antenna, so it only has regional channels. The renovation seems to have been done as cheaply as possible. In the photos the accommodation looks beautiful, but in reality it needs repairs everywhere.

The view was exceptional and we made great use of the fantastic pool. We were outside most of the time, but the villa has a lot of potential and it's a shame it's so poorly maintained inside. For the price, we expected better. The photos were misleading when we arrived, and there was no inventory check. The place was very dirty, with lots of dust, dirty dishes and cupboards, and only a small amount of crockery and cutlery for nine people. We had to wash everything ourselves. The washing machine leaked, the bins hadn't been cleaned, and a small barbecue was there even though it wasn't in the photos. Only two of the three cooktops worked. The cleaning needs to improve. Apparently a cleaner comes after checkout, but the one there even took photos of our rubbish. The bedding was filthy and needs replacing or improving. Some rooms had no water pressure or hot water, the sinks and bathtubs were clogged, the dishwasher filter was dirty, and some lights didn't work.

Same problems with the house as in the previous reviews!
