The people were good and the service was top notch. Breakfast was very good, all for $45. The restaurant was just a five-minute walk away. What a good night!

The apartment was comfortable, pleasant, and clean, and the host made everything easy with her incredibly friendly welcome. We were there for a family weekend exploring Valladolid, and found this highly rated aparthotel on Booking.com. Since it was low season, the place was empty. It made a great impression as soon as we arrived: cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed. It’s a two-star hotel, but we felt really comfortable. The location also worked well for getting to and from Valladolid, and the surrounding area is lovely.

Rocío was so attentive, and I’m very grateful for that. The hotel is in a quiet part of Boecillo, with a supermarket right outside, and it’s about 20 minutes from central Valladolid. Our room was spacious, comfortable, modern, and spotless, with every detail well looked after. It’s excellent for families with babies, and the elevator is helpful for seniors. 100% recommended. Thank you for everything!

The shower won’t close properly, and one of the bedroom doors won’t shut. The microwave either doesn’t heat things or switches itself on. The kitchenware is old and very worn, with completely scratched bottoms on the frying pan and pot. The dining chairs are third-world, and the sofa is incredibly uncomfortable. The beds are passable, but this is a basic apartment, nowhere near a luxury one.

The apartment was spotless, beautiful, and comfortable, and the hostess was lovely and quick to respond. We recommend it without hesitation, 100%.
