Bonansa is an incredibly peaceful part of the world and well worth a visit. We were Javier's only guests for three nights in early September, and his hospitality was wonderful. Every meal was delicious, and he was a perfect host. Our room was fabulous and far beyond what we expected.

The owners are so kind, and the spa and rooms are both clean and cozy. They made us an amazing dinner using high-quality regional ingredients, and they clearly know their way around a kitchen. Expect food at a very high level if you stay here.

The spa was really cool, and the views around this little place deep in the Pyrenees are breathtaking. The staff were so friendly and absolutely amazing. On the drive over, my partner and I kept saying "Bonansa," joking about the 1959 series Bonanza and singing its theme tune. A bit of fun in the car.
