We couldn't sleep because the rooms were full of bed bugs and mold, which could pass disease on to you and your children. This place is a trap, they're swindlers. When we got in touch, they denied it, then sent someone to inspect the room. After that, they said the reservation would be canceled and the money refunded. A day later, we called and were told there was no reservation under our name. They still hadn't returned anything, and eventually blocked our numbers. Baaaaad.

We left Sevilla early because we couldn't stand staying there. The surfaces were dirty, bathroom hardware was broken, and there were spots all over the walls and furniture. A trashy place. Beware!

The staff were excellent, friendly, and helpful, and we really appreciated their service. The underground garage is a good option if you're arriving in a rental car, and opening the gate with a smartphone is fantastic. The hotel's location is very good and quiet, making a handy base for trips around the area, including Ronda, Cadiz, and Rota. The pool is a welcome way to cool off on warm evenings during the season, and highway noise was barely noticeable in our room, if at all. The room itself had only the basics, with simple, dated furnishings and a few things that need adding or replacing. The mattresses were a little too soft. Still, it's highly recommended for a city break. Thanks for a great stay.
