Getting checked in was quick and easy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. B&B HOTEL Sevilla Bormujos was clean, comfortable, and well kept, with a modern, quiet room that had what I needed to relax. The location made it easy to get to Seville, restaurants, and shops nearby. Good value for money, and I'd happily stay again. Highly recommended!

This hotel chain is clean, efficient, and very comfortable, and Bormujos keeps up that standard. The staff are pleasant, especially Daniel, who checked me in quickly and was courteous and helpful. Breakfast is simple and there's plenty of it.

The reception staff were really kind, welcoming, and helpful. The cleaners were very noisy early in the morning, but after I told reception, they dealt with it the next day and the cleaners were quiet. The rooms are clean, spacious, and have comfortable beds. The hotel is right by the motorway, with easy access and free parking around it, and a top supermarket is very close. It's an amazing hotel overall. I didn't want to complain about the cleaners, but speaking up is the only way to improve things. They should save their chatting for their dinner break or another time.

The hotel is overpriced and far off the beaten path, and breakfast was terribly expensive. They said it was included, then threatened us with payment after we'd eaten. When the hotel made a mistake, an employee had a threatening, aggressive attitude and threatened us to pay for it. The employee's aggressive attitude matched his eyebrows. What a view.
