The terrace still had cigarette butts from earlier guests, and one bathroom needed a proper deep clean. Cleanliness could’ve been better. The beds were all singles, with the doubles made from two pushed-together beds that weren’t very comfortable, and the layout felt a little odd. Still, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the outdoor space is hard to beat for the price. We were comfortable there, and it works well for several families with kids or a big group of friends. Three stars would feel unfair, but I couldn’t give it five. A nice option for a summer weekend.

Mestress Julia made the stay especially good. She was so welcoming, warm, friendly, and kind, and the service was a perfect 10. The house is huge, and its location made for a really peaceful four days with my group of friends. There are spectacular beaches only a few kilometers away, too. Definitely recommend it, 100%!

A very quiet village, and it’s easy to drive around the region from there. This rural house is a great fit for a weekend away with friends.

The place was a real disappointment. It was very dirty and quite neglected, and didn’t match the description. The bedrooms are separate from the house, the bathrooms are very old, and the facilities haven’t been well looked after.
