Hotel Balneario De Brozas

The pool was on the small side, but comfortable and nicely warm. Treatments were good, and the shifts meant everyone had privacy. The circuit package food was decent, though the choices were limited. What I missed was the peaceful spa atmosphere. Some soft music or aromatherapy might help, and staff could keep their voices down during conversations, since that noise interrupts the calm. They were otherwise very attentive and kind.

The treatments really stood out, with fantastic results, and the atmosphere was lovely. The setting is beautiful, though it's out in the countryside and quite a way from Brozas. Rooms are on the small side. The staff were warm and attentive.

The restaurant serves delicious homemade food, and the countryside nearby is great for walks. It's a lovely spot to unwind and de-stress, with the spa's health benefits as an added bonus.

Our 2015 stay, from Monday to Sunday, was excellent: the food was good and the room was cleaned well. When we came back through IMSERSO in 2016, things had changed for the worse. The room cleaning was poor, and meals were badly cooked with small portions and no seconds. If we didn't like a dish, they wouldn't bring something else. At lunch and dinner, dessert was whatever they chose for us, with no choice. Breakfast had plenty of pastries.
