Berta and her father were the nicest part of the stay, both of them lovely and very kind. The place itself was shabby and dirty, with cracked ceilings and too few blankets. An employee we didn't know came into our rooms with other people without asking, while our belongings were still inside. The breakers and residual-current device kept tripping, so we were left without power or lights. There weren't any free outlets in the living room or lounge. Food was sparse, bland, and poor quality. The kitchen was always locked, there was no sink we could use, and they had no first-aid kit. The surroundings are beautiful, but neglected and run-down.
