My husband and I stayed there a week ago. The place itself is spectacular, but our accommodation was very dirty. We'd booked a week and left on the fourth day.

Borja was a great help and gave us some really good recommendations. The place is small, but it has everything two people need, including soap, towels, a few coffees and teas, oil, napkins, and other basics. It’s right by the sea, only a few meters from the beach, in a really quiet and relaxing area. We’d stay here again if we’re back around.

They cancelled my booking with no explanation, and I was left stranded. I’m very dissatisfied and absolutely wouldn’t recommend this hotel. If I had cancelled, I’d still have been expected to pay, but when the hotel makes the mistake, they just wash their hands of it. As for your reply, charging me for a cancellation you’re trying to make would be absurd. Don’t be inconsistent. The hotel Booking.com offered costs €40 more, and I’m not willing to pay the difference. Since Booking.com or the hotel made the mistake, one of them should cover it.
