I booked a four-bed room with AC, but got a different room with just one bed and no AC. They called it an "upgrade" and were very rude about it. No AC in late August was absolutely horrible. The Wi-Fi didn't work anywhere in the hotel except the lobby, and it was super noisy at night. Stay away.

We'd arranged a visit to see the place for a wedding celebration, but when we showed up, nobody knew about it. The person who was meant to show us around was out shopping or doing something else. The staff tried their best to give us the tour, but the owner or manager didn't even apologize and ghosted us on WhatsApp until my sister called. The online listings are misleading too: they say celebrations can run until 3 a.m., but the actual cutoff is midnight. Very unprofessional management.

The building and grounds are inspiring and beautifully kept, and the rooms are clean and functional. The beds were firm and comfortable. Juan and Marta were wonderful hosts, friendly, hardworking, and quick to share useful local tips. We felt at home right away. Thank you for the hospitality. Alex & Mary

Great atmosphere, especially at the outdoor tables in summer, with a casual menu and a good wine selection.

A lovely spot to unwind and get away from city stress. The new owner is really kind and suggests nice things to do in the area.
